How it Works
- Your calligraphy order will be ready in a timely fashion, but usually we need 10 days before the date you expect to mail them. If you require them sooner, there is an additional $10.00 rush fee.
- The cost of addressing your outer AND inner envelopes is $1.35 per each set when you submit the address list as a computer file and $1.85 each set if we have to manually key your list into the system. If you submit your list as a computer file it must be either a plain text file (with a *.txt file extension) or a Microsoft Word Document file with a single column, double spaced between each address.

- If you sibmit your list in any file format other than Microsoft Word Document (Excel, Works Spreadsheet, etc.) there will be a $15.00 conversion charge.
- There is a $25.00 Setup Charge on all orders.
- Return addresses on outer envelopes can be added to your order for a nominal charge of 25¢ per flap and a $5.00 Setup Charge. (Some restrictions apply.)
- Calligraphy service is also available for place cards. The cost is 50¢ per place card a a $25.00 Setup Charge.
